Oh, I thought I like that shot BEFORE, but now I LOVE it. If you'll put this one on your Etsy site, I'll buy it. Really, I don't know where I'll but it yet, but I will find a place.
Oh, you guys make my day, Itellya. Photoshop is so expensive, but I got mine for free. My son had to use it for architecture school and he downloaded it into my computer for me and spent about 15 minutes showing me a few things. And then I was on my own.
Oh, my God. Was it ever confusing. But there are free tutorials out there and they really helped, as did Pioneer Woman.

And this is the photo I think I will offer at our school's Auction this year. I'm going to have it done on a standout at mpix.com. Thanks for helping me make up my mind!
My name is Kate. I live in Maryland with a border collie named George in an old manor house that predates the Revolutionary War. I began this blog in 2007 to share my photography with my family and friends. Welcome.

This is beautiful. Love the undersides of flowers, as much as the top side. The texture you choose is great.
This looks just like a painting...How cool..Have a great weekend, i hope your husband is feeling better..
Wow - that is beautiful!
love the colors of this & the contrast of the bright white
Love. This. Adores your new texture addiction. Did you mask out or erase back the texture on the flower?
Exquisite! WOW!

It looks great, Kate. I think I'm going to mess around with my PS2 too with photos that are less than ideal.
This photo was gorgeous already, but I love what you did with the texture!
OMG I love this photo! My mother is 'Deb' and i frequently flip through her blog friends.
I'm slightly obsessed with daisies so this is perfect.
