Frozen in time
Taken a couple of weeks ago when we had the little ice storm. Other than that tiny outburst from the skies, we've had a pretty easy time of it this winter. I'm not trying to tempt the fates here; it's merely a fact.
And I am still so glad that I took that KitchenAid Pro Mixer back last Christmas and got my macro lens. I love my lens.

I'm glad, too. Wonder how I can manage one of those puppies....
You'd have been limited to photos of food.. this is much better. Lovely shot, Kate. :)
All I can say is WOW =)
Who needs food when you can have such fun with the lens? Love those icy days -- so many photo ops. :)
I "heart" your lens too!
I am glad you took it back too! My macro is just part of my camera but I love it just the same!
Beautiful! Mixer for lens? That's a tough call, but I personally am benefiting more from your lens than I would your mixer!
I echo all above....you made the right choice.
