Delicate beauty
I saw this Queen Anne's lace while driving home yesterday, so I pulled over and picked a bunch of it. I put it in a vase when I got home and liked it so much that I decided to preserve it forever with a picture. Some may call it a weed, but I've always liked its graceful blooms.

I. LOVE. Queen Anne's Lace! It was abundant where I grew up. We moved away about 6 years ago, and I haven't seen a bloom since. All my visits back "home" are at the wrong time, so it is never blooming. Thank you for preserving this and for sharing!
A childhood fave of mine, too! I've also taken some shots, but they are not as nice as yours. I'll post one next, next week...
Leaving for the shore soon. Catch you next week. :)

Mary
Oh that's beautiful!
It is everywhere here right now - I love it!
Cool! Great angle! Has the effect of a delicate wire sculpture!
Queen Ann's Lace, Common Chickory...one gal's weed, my beautiful flowers...
