Tree in Silhouette 2
I guess I could have used this for a Friday Skywatch post. Sometimes I forget about the photos I have in my files, but found this one tonight when I was working on uploading pictures I will be offering for sale on my Etsy site. It's very time-consuming setting up shop and it's why I posted a contest for the next couple of days on my Chronicles blog.
Go ahead over and enter.
In the meantime, I'm working on getting about 30 items on Etsy for sale, including this one.

this is beautiful and very fall-like.
That is beautiful. I predict this photo will be snatched up.
What a beauty.. those limbs look so stark against that fiery sky.
The fire in the sky really enhances the tree limbs. Beautiful shot.
Breathtaking!
I have a sneaking suspicion you will do quite well at Etsy ;o)
OMG, that is stunning! Yes, that one will not be in the shop long... ;)
I would love to see this with my own eyes...
Beautiful shot. It would make a perfect Halloween picture.
*hugs*
I just stopped by your etsy shop and wanted to tell you that all of your photos are so lovely. I am sure you will do well and I wish you lots of luck with your new shop!
Kate, this is an awesome shot. This is truly Fire in the Sky. And all you other photos lately ... I don't know how to describe them. There are so many good photographers around the world, and I love to come by and visit their blogs and let myself be amazed. If you want to see one of my favorites, please visit this page:

She lives in the same area as I do, but I don't know her.
Enjoy!

FABULOUS!!!! THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY.
That branch and cloud mixture is just amazing! I remember when you posted the origin photo way back when....breathtaking was my first thought, and still is!
I LOVE this! It looks like Halloween or something apocolyptic!
