Cold snap
Wineberry leaves dying on the vine. Notice the color the resin on the top side of each leaf. I think it's beautiful with the green veins standing out.
Today I have off and will be planning our Thanksgiving Feast. It's just my husband and myself. We're keeping it quiet this year.

Only you could take a photo of dead/dying leaves and make them look beautiful.
Hope your Thanksgiving is wonderful, warm and cozy.
Don't think I've seen this kind of foliage before. Beautiful, as always.
Have a wonderful, peaceful Thanksgiving day.
So happy to hear your having a Thanksgiving feast for just you and the hubby.....I'm doing the same, cooking up a storm just for the two of us.....Happy Thanksgiving!!
Nice photo....a sure sign of winter.
Beautiful ... it's beautiful. I love that green vein against the maroon colour. And the dof is fantastic.
Happy Thanksgiving!
What Hilary said...Happy Thanksgiving.
It almost looks sad. All shriveled up and hanging on. I agree with Hilary. You made it look beautiful though. Again, Happy Thanksgiving!!
*hugs*
Very beautiful! The stems are lovely, too. Wishing you a wonderful, peaceful Thanksgiving. :)
