At the Cape

Photobucket

Taken last Winter at Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, Delaware on a cold day. I was just going through my photo albums and reminiscing.

Hello Kate - lovely photos ! I have recently found your blogs and am enjoying reading about your neck of the woods. Down here in the Antipodes it is the beginning of summer with sky-blue skies and sunshine. I think I may start a photo blog, I have 2 blogs you may like to visit.

So pretty! And even if it was cold, sunny weather looks nice right now... :)

What was your vantage point? I didn't think there were any hills in Delaware.

Beautiful photo...is that a lighthouse I see in the distance? I love lighthouses and am just fascinated by them.

Deb,
There is an old fort there, on a hill. I was standing on the road to it!
