It can be a bit of a challenge to get into the holiday spirit. A little red, green, and twinkling lights help to do the trick.
Putting up lights around here helped. That glow is special. Beautiful mantle.

Wow, very pretty. I have so few decorations, I hardly notice them when I put them out. I'd love to deck my place out to the nines with cedar boughs & twinkling lights, a la Martha Stewart. One day...
