Thanksgiving table for two, please

Thanksgiving table for two
I've been thinking of Thanksgiving and have decided it's one of my favorite holidays, if not the favorite. There's lots of good food for one. And no presents to buy! And I always love a good excuse to see loved ones.
Last year, we spent the holiday alone because it was what had to be. But this year, I'm looking forward to seeing family. And especially my sons. Do you have any plans yet?

Beautiful! I think we may celebrate Thanksgiving the weekend before so all of the siblings can come in and visit with my parents.

This looks like an old-fashioned holiday. Wonderful shot! We'll have a dinner with family, nice and quiet. I'll eat too much but without guilt because...well, isn't that what you're supposed to do on Thanksgiving?

Two weeks from today! I'm getting ready. My menu is planned out, dishes assigned to family members. I'm cooking dinner at my daughter's in laws. My choice. But, I have to lug all of my silver, china over there because I want to. It's my deal but they have a larger place. Can't wait!

I think Hubby wants to go red fishing in Louisiana. Sounds good to me.

It will be just another day for us.

My sister is coming over .. and I want to order in pizza ... last year we, she and I, had Indian food .. ToonMan had turkey breast and all the fixings .. but the heating it up and getting it all hot at the same time exhausts me, thinking about hotting it all up and serving it exhausts me .. pizza is way easier..and who doesnt love pizza for Thanksgiving!

What a beautiful table setting. We will be spending the day with Brian's family at the family farm not too far from here. Love Thanksgiving too!
