Flowers in the afternoon light

Flowers in my window
Autumn hues in my window with the lace curtains. Flypaper textures used with the following recipe: Antique Liasons, overlay blend @36% opacity; Lamp White Brush, overlay blend @18% opacity; Caramel Soft, soft light blend @ 42% opacity. Textures are fun to play with. And I never know which ones are going to work, which is half the fun.
I'm going to be taking a couple of days off. Hope to be back online by Sunday. ttfn.

I think maybe these are the flower stems that were inadvertently removed from the parent plant when George pulled a jumper?! Either way, they are BEAUTEOUS in their present situation! What a color for *inside* ones home...

Love what you did with our textures, btw, I also love Maryland, I have fond memories of my visit Annapolis
several years ago where an artist friend of mine lives, beautiful place!

Your pictures are gorgeous as always. Had to scroll down to see what I've been missing in here lately.

My husband has lately become so engaged by textures. He is sitting in front of his Mac all evening and exploring about how it works. He he ... soon I guess he will publish his first "texture-picture". But he is such a fusspot about his work, so be patient!

Keep up taking breathtaking pictures Katie. Love them all.
