Fog on Cadillac Mountain

Cadillac Mountain in fog
Normally, this would be a stunning view. Remove the fog and you can see the ocean from 1500 feet. But I think it looks sort of interesting this way, too.
Why is it named Cadillac? Wikipedia will give you the full story here but basically it used to be called Green Mountain. It was renamed Cadillac in 1918 after a French explorer named Antoine Laumet de La Mothe, sieur de Cadillac.

Actually I think this photo is better without the view of the ocean. It gives a sense of mystery and intrigue. I love it!
