Shopping along the French Quarter
This alley caught my eye while strolling with my friends in New Orleans last week. I love that yellow dress on the end and think I'll have one please, in a size 8.
And then, please oh please, could I be a size 8?
I applied 3 textures to this photo, I think. However, I have no idea what they were. Good to be back.

Great capture! I think I would need 3 size 8s combined to make one dress that "might" fit. ;p
I know this alleyway. The one and only time I was in New Orleans I saw this alley and similar wares being set out to draw shoppers in to look. It was before Katrina. I'm glad to see it looking good now.
Thanks for the memory.

LOVE the textures on this -- beautiful!!! Looks like beautiful spot, too. And yes, I'd love to be a size 8 again, too. :)
Gorgeous! One texture for each dress. For a second there I believed you about the size 8! It was my size a long, long time ago.
really turned out so nicely ~no size
8 here either...oh well!
That sure it a pretty photo Kate. The textures just make it. Maybe one day I'll learn more about applying them, and then actually DO it!
I've never been to New Orleans but maybe one day hubby and I will get there. The middle dress is my fave. Is this the part where I reveal my dress size? Ok, size 6, but I've always been petite.

Love it! Wish I had all those frocks. And not telling what size;)
The textures really bring a vintage-y look...
Your size 8 words brought me a bit of envy and then I continued the reading and {whew} giggled :)
Love your photos!!!
so funny, that alley is inviting, "welcome, come on in and leave your money behind when you leave"
If I got two in size eight it might fit. Love this texture-happy shot!
Great photo with the textures. Very nice.
It's good to have you back in the land of blog. I've missed you! Once a long time ago I was a size 8...{sigh}
The color contrast = amazing
I have always wanted to visit New Orleans. Lovely shot....I like the textures you added. The dresses are lovely and I like the yellow one too....=)
